SHIPPING & HANDLING
• After your payment is authorized and verified, Standard orders can still take 4 business days, Expedited orders can still take up to 3 business days, and Rush orders can still take up to 2 business days to process. This is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays.
However, we do our best to ship orders within 2-3 business days.
• Orders placed on the weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
•To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
•Orders that are already in production can not be canceled or refunded.
•SHIPPING RATES:
USPS Mail: $9.68-$15 (3-5 business days)
USPS Expedited Mail: $45 (1-2 business days)
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
All International orders are shipped via UPS, DHL or FEDEX.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
A Fabric Twist is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. If your tracking number states that your order was delivered and you have not received it, please contact USPS directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported to the Mail Carriers Claims Department.
As soon as your order ships, an e-mail confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address provided with your order.
